Carlene worked with Folkmanis Puppets to re-align their online presence and to freshen their brand voice.
Folkmanis Puppets is an award-winning international plush toy manufacturer.
The work included writing copy for the blog, website, and email newsletters for B2B retailers and B2C customers. It also included content strategy, digital asset management, digital marketing, analytics, CRM and social media strategy.
Brand Management
Monitored company’s brand and product images online to ensure that only approved photography was being used by partners.
Kibo / Shopatron
Managed the company’s Shopatron channel and worked with clients (retailers) for order fulfillment and imagery and product descriptions.
Product Management
Managed web development for two ecommerce websites. Managed the web and email servers for the company.
Graphic Design
Designed marketing materials for digital, print and packaging. Designed and placed online ads
Our sister company, Stormcrow Pictures was hired by Folkmanis Puppets to produce a series of product demonstration videos for in-store and trade show booth viewings. They also tasked us with creating a commercial for them.
Video production
The Folkmanis Puppets commercial was shown in New York City’s Time Square during the Holiday season on the GeoffreyTron screen. It also appeared on TV and online.
Carlene produced the company’s video marketing pieces and served as a liaison between TV shows and feature film companies for in-show product placement and product image licensing contracts. Highlights include working with CBS on “The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson” which featured Folkmanis Puppets in opening segments
